Ashok is responsible for CA’s Mainframe and Automation Business unit and WW product organization and is applying his 25+ years of software industry and technology expertise to Mission Critical Applications and Systems on z Systems, where he is setting the vision, strategy and direction to drive the organization to help CA’s customers with their business outcomes of Mainframe Economics, Business Agility, Skills and Security & Compliance.
Ashok joined CA in November, 2015 from IBM, where he served as the VP of company’s API Economy and Hybrid Cloud Integration portfolio. Previously Ashok has worked at Rational Software, Honeywell, Fluor and Novartis.
Ashok has a MBA, MS and BS in Engineering and is Professional Engineer (PE, California) and has patents IT governance and automation and published several papers. Ashok currently also is pursuing a Master’s Degree at Georgia Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Ashok is an avid runner and has run marathons including New York City and San Francisco.
Serge is responsible for CA’s Mainframe Business unit product management and strategy. In this role, Serge is leading innovation across CA solutions to help transform how clients build, operate and secure their mission critical applications and enable their organizations to optimize and transform to become a digital business, leveraging blockchain, real time machine learning based algorithms and AI.
Serge is an avid chess player and enjoys collecting, restoring and programming vintage computers. He holds several patents in the test automation field, and serves as a Board Advisor for multiple startups including Virtual Cove and HipTest.
Vikas is SVP, Mainframe and is responsible for driving mainframe machine learning, operational intelligence, and data privacy initiatives at CA. Prior to CA Technologies, Vikas spent several years at IBM and SPSS leading R&D for their predictive analytics portfolio. Vikas has a Master’s degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University.

Ed has 20+ years of industry experience and was selected to be in the first cohort of CA’s LEAP program. He is currently working as a product manager in one of the industry’s hottest technology area, blockchain. In that role Ed is responsible for working with enterprise customers to identify key market need and recruit customers as validation partners and work with the PO and development staff to deliver key critical value-added services.
